West Michigan Housing Market Is Heating Up!

 

As is typical in West Michigan, more buyers become serious about their home search as the weather warms.  We have seen a significant uptick in buyer activity and quick sales for our sellers.  Available home inventory is up compared to this time last year. However, with interest rates about 1% lower than last spring, the number of buyers shopping for those same homes has also increased. West Michigan remains a desirable place to live, but there aren’t enough homes—especially affordable ones—on the market.
